Suffolk Tractor Light Parade
A mission to grow a community, donations and the feelgood factor
The Suffolk Tractor Light Parade was created in response to the cost of living crisis in 2022, when many people had to choose heating their homes over putting up lights for Christmas.
After such a great response in the first year, the event wanted to build on its momentum and Abi joined the team to deliver marketing support for the parade.
Working closely with Lead Organiser (and Head Elf) Liz Quickenden, the event has rebranded, undertaken out of home advertising through strategic signage, grown its online and in-person community, secured national and local media coverage and raised thousands for local charities.
In 2025, Suffolk Tractor Light Parade raised £22,711.11.
Not only did the parade come close to raising more in one year than what they had in total to date, the increase from 2024 to 2025 was more than £10,000 and up 80% year-on-year.
