Part of the London Borough of Camden, Tie the Knot encompasses the council's registrar service as well as it's recently refurbished wedding venue, Camden Town Hall.
Like most organisations, marketing activity was well and truly underway and gaining traction.
But they had big ambitions to considerably increase the number of ceremony bookings and enhance the authority of the Tie the Knot brand.
To put them in the best position possible to reach their objectives, they worked with Abi to undertake a full audit of the Tie the Knot marketing channels.
Following this, a thorough marketing strategy was created to not only enhance what was already in place, but ensure the channels were aligned and activity was directed by defined objectives, key messages and target audiences to serve both the registrar service and Camden Town Hall.
